Delivery time & shipping costs
After placing your order, we will start working for you immediately. Orders placed on workdays before 16:00 will be shipped the same day.

The listed prices include shipping costs. The shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart after you have added your products.

Delivery is via PostNL. You will receive a shipping receipt after we have transferred the package to the carrier. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. You can also choose to have the order delivered in the evening. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

I have provided an incorrect shipping address!
Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Reflection period/return
We have a 14-day reflection/return period for unopened packaging.

Warranty & Complaints

Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does sometimes happen that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within 14 days of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by sending an email to horlogeline.be@gmail.com. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.
